| Long Title: | AN ACT TO AMEND TITLE 14 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO THE EARLY CHILDHOOD EDUCATION PROGRAM AND THE ESTABLISHMENT OF A QUALITY RATING AND IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM. |
| Synopsis: | This legislation directs the Department of Education to develop and give oversight to Delaware Stars for Early Success, a quality rating and improvement system, to benefit young children and their families served by early care and education programs.
