Long Title:AN ACT AMEND TITLE 11 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO THE DEFINITION OF "SWEARS FALSELY".
Synopsis:This Bill encourages Truth in Testimony by amending the definition of “swears falsely” which is an element of the crimes of perjury first, second, and third degree, to include all statements, sworn and unsworn, which are made by a person granted the privilege of the floor during a session of the General Assembly.
