Long Title:AN ACT TO REINCORPORATE THE TOWN OF FREDERICA.
Synopsis:The proposed reincorporation of the Charter of Frederica is a compilation of their old Charter along with the Charters of several other Towns of their size. The University of Delaware and the previous Town Solicitor put together a packet of information for the Town to select from.
There were several Town workshop meetings that were attended by the residents of the Town. Questionnaires were filled out by the residents.
