| Long Title: | AN ACT TO AMEND TITLE 11 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO HOUSE ARREST. |
| Synopsis: | This bill clarifies that the Department of Correction may use existing and emerging technologies to monitor offenders placed on house arrest. The bill also requires a court order prior to placing an offender at supervision level 1, 2, or 3 on house arrest.
