| Long Title: | AN ACT TO AMEND TITLE 16 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO MOSQUITO CONTROL. |
| Synopsis: | This Bill updates and modernizes the authority of Department of Natural Resources and Environmental Control relating to Mosquito Control to clarify that authority to protect the public health and well being within the limits of appropriations from the General Assembly. The Bill also provides for public notice to land owners and hearing on source reduction practices.
