Long Title:AN ACT TO AMEND TITLE 21 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO TRAFFIC CONTROL SIGNAL PREEMPTION DEVICES
Synopsis:This Act prohibits the use of traffic control signal preemption devices by pedestrians. It is already illegal for motorists to use them except for police cars, emergency vehicles and the like.
