| Long Title: | AN ACT TO AMEND TITLE 10 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO COURTS AND JUDICIAL PROCEDURE AND MORTGAGES. |
| Synopsis: | This act requires certain mortgage lenders to provide a homeowner with a written notice, within 5 business days after the mortgage loan becomes 60 days delinquent, which provides the homeowner with important information about how to reinstate the loan. This act exempts state and federally chartered banks, their affiliates, and subsidiaries, as they are already subject to significant regulation of their mortgage practices.
