Long Title:AN ACT TO AMEND TITLE 29 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO PUBLIC WORKS CONTRACTING.
Synopsis:This Act amends the existing prevailing wage language under §6960 of Title 29 by tying the prevailing wage to the collectively bargained wage if the collectively bargaining wage has prevailed for that trade or craft in two (2) consecutive years.
