| Long Title: | AN ACT TO AMEND VOLUME 76, CHAPTER 65 OF THE LAWS OF DELAWARE RELATING TO THE TRANSFER OF CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY IN THE CITY OF HARRINGTON, KENT COUNTY, DELAWARE. |
| Synopsis: | The 144th Delaware General Assembly (HB 96) granted the City of Harrington Readiness Center and all structures located at 114 East Liberty Street, Harrington, Kent County, Delaware. The controlled humidity storage facility on that land constructed with federal funds in 2002 is still owned by the United State and is not subject to transfer at this time. This Bill would allow the storage facility to continue to be used by the Delaware National Guard and still allow the City of Harrington to possess the Harrington Readiness Center.
