| Long Title: | AN ACT TO AMEND TITLE 7 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO TAX DITCHES. |
| Synopsis: | This Bill clarifies the reduction the tax ditch in the tax ditch right-of-way and defines construction and major maintenance rights-of-way and minor maintenance rights-of-way. This Bill also provides for a “grandfathering” of existing permanent structures in the right-of-way.
