Long Title:COMMENDING CHARLES L. COPELAND, SENATE MINORITY LEADER, FOR HIS SERVICE TO THE PEOPLE OF DELAWARE AND BIDDING FAREWELL TO OUR ESTEEMED COLLEAGUE AS HE RETIRES FROM THE SENATE.
Synopsis:This Resolution commends Charles L. Copeland, Senate Minority Leader, for his service to the people of Delaware and extends best wishes to our esteemed colleague as he retires from the Senate.
