Long Title:AN ACT TO AMEND TITLES 3 AND 9 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO AGRITOURISM.
Synopsis:The intent of this act is to promote agritourism activities within this State by broadly defining what constitutes agritourism and by exempting such activities from local zoning restrictions. In addition, to assure that the standards for operating a farm market or roadside stands are the same in all three counties, this act directs the Department of Agriculture to promulgate regulations which will apply statewide.
