| Long Title: | AN ACT TO AMEND TITLE 11 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO CLEMENCY. |
| Synopsis: | Currently, the Board of Pardons must receive reports by both a psychiatrist and a psychologist before recommending a pardon in cases involving serious felony offenses. This Bill would provide that only one or the other is required as a prerequisite to an application before the Board.
