Long Title:AN ACT TO AMEND TITLE 24 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO MEDICAL PRACTICE ACT.
Synopsis:This Bill updates the patient notification procedures for retiring physicians and deceased physicians’ estates to permit former patients the opportunity to pick up their records.
