| Long Title: | AN ACT TO AMEND TITLE 24 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO PROFESSIONS AND OCCUPATIONS. |
| Synopsis: | This bill would require a pharmacy to provide to a person who requests their pharmacy records to be provided such records. In addition, the bill requires the pharmacy to follow the pharmacy’s standard protocol, when producing the records, to ensure confidentiality of the records.
