Long Title:AN ACT TO AMEND TITLE 11 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO DELAWARE COUNTY AND MUNICIPAL POLICE/FIREFIGHTER PENSION PLAN.
Synopsis:This Act would allow the calculation of a retiree’s final average compensation so that it does not result in a loss of pension due to mandatory leave without pay (furlough).
