Long Title:AN ACT TO AMEND TITLE 16 OF THE DELAWARE CODE BY CREATION OF CHAPTER 80 RELATING TO THE ADOPTION AND ENFORCEMENT OF A UNIFIED HEATING, VENTILATION, AIR CONDITIONING, AND REFRIGERATION CODE AND THE INTERNATIONAL FUEL GAS CODE.
Synopsis:This Bill requires the State and its subdivisions to adopt and enforce the International Mechanical Code and the International Fuel Gas Code. It preserves the ability of local governments and the Division of Public Health to adopt additional or modified regulations that are not in conflict with the International Codes.
