| Long Title: | AN ACT TO AMEND TITLE 18 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO THE DELAWARE LIFE AND HEALTH INSURANCE GUARANTY ASSOCIATION. |
| Synopsis: | This bill makes a series of amendments to Chapter 44, Title 18 of the Delaware Code with the intent of implementing changes to the Delaware Life And Health Insurance Guaranty Association Act to ensure in a liquidation of a life and/or health insurance company licensed in Delaware that procedures are in place to ensure an organized liquidation of such company with the appropriate protections for the policyholders of such company.
