| Synopsis: | This Act eliminates a reference to a code section which no longer regulates court costs in the Justice of the Peace Court costs. Legislation passed earlier in the 145th General Assembly (Senate Bill No. 37) authorized the Justice of the Peace Court to establish court costs by court rule, subject to the approval of the Chief Justice.
