Long Title:AN ACT TO AMEND TITLE 14 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO LICENSURE AND CERTIFICATION OF NONPUBLIC SCHOOL TEACHERS, SPECIALISTS AND ADMINISTRATORS, AND PUBLIC EDUCATION EMPLOYEES.
Synopsis:This Act creates license denial and revocation standards for nonpublic school teachers, specialists and administrators, and for public education employees, that are consistent, to the extent possible, with the license denial and revocation standards applicable to public school teachers, specialists and administrators, as set forth in §§ 1217 and 1218 of Title 14 of the Delaware Code.
