| Long Title: | AN ACT TO AMEND THE FISCAL YEAR 2010 BOND AND CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS ACT; AMENDING TITLE 29 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO DRAINAGE; AND AMENDING THE LAWS OF DELAWARE. |
| Synopsis: | This Act provides the Milford school district flexibility in transferring capital funds and changes project names; provides authority for the Department of Transportation to issue $125 million in GARVEE bonds, speeds up permitting requirements for Delaware Tech’s Energy House, modifies drainage provisions for Resource Conservation and Development projects; provides for a one-time reimbursement from video lottery agents and provides for energy performance contracting.
