| Long Title: | AN ACT TO AMEND TITLE 24 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO ARCHITECTURE. |
| Synopsis: | This Act permits business entities to offer architectural services through professionals registered with the Board after obtaining a certificate of authorization. The requirements of the Act are similar to those in existence regarding the practices of accountancy and landscape architecture. The Act also increases the civil penalties that may be imposed by the Board from $2,500 to $5,000 for first offense and from $5,000 to $10,000 for subsequent offenses.
