Long Title:AN ACT TO AUTHORIZE AND APPROVE THE TRANSFER BY THE COLONIAL SCHOOL DISTRICT TO THE DELAWARE CITY FIRE COMPANY OF CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY INCLUDING THE BUILDING LOCATED ON SOUTH DUPONT PARKWAY KNOWN AS THE COMMODORE MACDONOUGH PROPERTY.
Synopsis:This Bill allows the Colonial School District to convey the Commodore MacDonough Property to the Delaware City Fire Company. The Commodore MacDonough Property is not needed for school purposes, and the conveyance will allow the Commodore MacDonough Property to be used for purposes beneficial to residents of the Towns of Delaware City and St. Georges.
