| Long Title: | AN ACT TO AMEND TITLE 28 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO BOXING, MIXED MARTIAL ARTS, AND COMBATIVE SPORTS ENTERTAINMENT. |
| Synopsis: | This bill requires the licensee, permit holder, and/or promoter of a boxing, mixed martial arts, or combative sports entertainment event, in which a license or permit is required, to be responsible for the costs of police, fire, paramedic, and/or emergency medical services used for a participant during such event.
