| Long Title: | AN ACT TO AMEND TITLE 12 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO DEBTS OF AND CLAIMS AGAINST ESTATE. |
| Synopsis: | This bill allows the Register of Wills for each county to post notice of the opening of a decedent’s estate on the county website, in the courthouse or both. This bill does not change the requirement that notice shall be published in the newspaper.
