| Synopsis: | This act amends the reporting date of the Video and Sports Lottery Commission (currently April 15, 2010) to account for the State’s appeal of the 3rd Circuit Court of Appeals’ decision restricting Delaware’s sports lottery solely to multi-game (parlay) wagers on NFL football games.
