Long Title:AN ACT TO AMEND TITLE 16 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO 9-1-1 SERVICES.
Synopsis:This bill clarifies that the limitation of liability applies to the provision of NG9-1-1 service. This bill does not expand the current scope of the limitation but rather updates the language to account for change in the technology used to deliver 9-1-1 service.
