CHAPTER 304
AN ACT TO AMEND SECTION 403 (d), SUBCHAPTER 1, CHAPTER 4, TITLE 28, DELAWARE CODE, RELATING TO HORSE RACING IN KENT COUNTY BY ADDING CERTAIN LANGUAGE TO PERMIT RACING IN FEBRUARY.
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of Delaware:
Section 1. Amend Subsection 403 (d), Subchapter 1, Chapter 4, Title 28, Delaware Code, by adding immediately preceding the word "March" in the first sentence thereof, the word "February".
