AN ACT TO AMEND TITLE 4 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO ALCOHOLIC LIQUORS.
This Act allows restaurants that sell certain confections or solid foods containing less than 10% alcohol by volume, such as ice cream, to sell such confections for off-premise consumption without the requirement that the customer also purchase at least $10 of food.
