CALLING UPON THE DELAWARE DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION TO UNDERTAKE THE PLANNING PROCESS FOR A NEW EAST-WEST LIMITED ACCESS HIGH AS AN ALTERNATIVE TO THE PRESENT ROUTE THROUGH SUSSEX COUNTY.

This Resolution calls upon the Delaware Department of Transportation to undertake a study to determine the feasibility of a new limited-access east-west highway linking the western boundary of Delaware with a point along Delaware Route One.
