AN ACT TO AMEND THE CHARTER OF THE TOWN OF FENWICK ISLAND, DELAWARE, CHAPTER 302, VOLUME 49, LAWS OF DELAWARE, AS AMENDED, ENTITLED "AN ACT TO INCORPORATE THE TOWN OF FENWICK ISLAND, DELAWARE", TO AMEND SECTION 6, ELECTIONS, SECTION 7, NOMINATIONS AND SECTION 9, QUALIFICATIONS OF VOTERS, TO CONFORM WITH STATE LAW AND CLARIFY CERTAIN PROVISIONS CONTAINED THEREIN.
This Act amends the Charter for the Town of Fenwick Island, to comply with changes to 15 Del. C. § 7501, et seq., enacted by the 143rd General Assembly concerning municipal elections and the 144th General Assembly concerning absentee voting, to provide for a registration procedure and to clarify and modify voter qualifications.
