AN ACT TO AMEND TITLES 4 AND 15 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO ALCOHOL SALES ON ELECTION DAYS.

            This Bill would allow the sale of alcoholic liquors in establishments licensed for sale for consumption off of the premises where sold, typically package stores, on all election days, general, primary, and special. Author: Senator DeLuca
