AN ACT TO AMEND TITLE 16 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO THE CLEAN INDOOR AIR ACT.

This bill adds e-cigarettes to the Clean Indoor Air Act and would prohibit the operation of e-cigarettes in all public places where smoking is prohibited under current law.
