This Amendment makes a first violation for a barking dog noise disturbance subject only to a written warning rather than a civil fine. A second offense, if 7 days or more after the first offense, is subject to a $100 fine. A third offense is subject to a $200 fine and subsequent offenses remain subject to a $300 fine.
