This amendment makes no changes to the content of House Bill No. 109, but because the Code currently contains 2 versions of this section to reflect a change in subsection (f) that is scheduled to occur on April 1, 2025, this amendment shows the changes in both versions to make it explicit that the changes are intended to carry through the pre and post-April 2025 versions of the section.
