AN ACT TO AMEND TITLE 16 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO THE MEMBERSHIP REQUIREMENTS FOR VOLUNTEER FIREFIGHTERS.

This bill seeks to amend sections of Chapter 66 concerning the members of Delaware Volunteer Fire Departments. This bill will hold current members to the same standards as applicants with relation to criminal activity.
