This Amendment makes the following changes to the membership of the Probation Task Force (“Task Force”): (1) Removes the Chief Justice from the Task Force and replaces the Chief Justice with 2 judges from the Judicial Branch appointed by the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court, 1 judge from the Superior Court and 1 judge from the Court of Common Pleas. (2) Adds the following members: a. One individual who has been the victim of a crime in this State, appointed by the President Pro Tempore of the Senate. b. The President of the Delaware Fraternal Order of Police. c. The President of the Delaware Association of Chiefs of Police. d. The Director of the Division of Substance Abuse and Mental Health. e. The Director of the Statistical Analysis Center. f. The Chair of the Sex Offender Management Board.
