AN ACT TO AMEND TITLE 26 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO PUBLIC UTILITIES AND VOTING BY MEMBERS OF THE PJM INTERCONNECTION REGIONAL TRANSMISSION ORGANIZATION.
