This Amendment to Senate Bill No. 138 adds the Delaware Nurses Association to the list of organizations that may make nonbinding recommendations to the Governor for appointments to the Delaware Health Information Network Board (“Board”). The Amendment also provides that representatives of nurses must be included as Board members.
