AMENDING THE RULES OF THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES OF THE 153RD GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE RELATING TO FINANCIAL RESPONSIBILITY TRAINING.

This House Resolution requires every member of the House of Representatives that is not a member of the Joint Finance Committee or Joint Committee on Capital Improvement to complete financial responsibility training.
