AN ACT TO AMEND TITLE 14 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO THE UNIFORM PUBLIC SCHOOL REGISTRATION PROCESS.
This Act removes a requirement for a parent to provide a birth certificate as part of the uniform public school registration process. A parent may instead provide other proof of age or date of birth.
