This Amendment makes the following changes to House Resolution No. 24: 1. It clarifies that this Manufactured Housing Task Force should build off the work that has already been done to review and revise the Manufactured Home Owners and Community Owners Act. 2. It changes 1 Co-Chair to Vice Chair. 3. It clarifies the number of members necessary for quorum and to constitute a majority vote.
