DIRECTING THE DEPARTMENT OF CORRECTION TO FURTHER EXPAND TRANSITIONAL SERVICES TO JUSTICE-INVOLVED INDIVIDUALS WITH SUBSTANCE USE DISORDER.

This resolution encourages the Division of Medicaid and Medical Assistance and the Department of Correction to facilitate continuous health coverage for individuals with opioid use disorder, other substance use disorders, or high health needs upon release.
