AN ACT TO AMEND TITLE 24 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO DISCIPLINARY SANCTIONS BY THE BOARD OF ELECTRICAL EXAMINERS.

This Act increases the maximum monetary penalty for a sanction by the Board of Electrical Examiners’ from $1,500 to not less than $4,500. This Act makes technical corrections to conform existing law to the standards of the Delaware Legislative Drafting Manual.
