RELATING TO AN AMENDMENT TO THE RULES OF PROCEDURE FOR CONDUCTING VIRTUAL MEETINGS OF THE 151ST GENERAL ASSEMBLY AND ITS LEGISLATIVE COMMITTEES DURING AN EMERGENCY.

This Concurrent Resolution amends House Concurrent Resolution No. 1 to require votes in a legislative committee to be taken by roll call. This change means that the rules of the Senate or House of Representatives will control how votes on the virtual floor are to be taken.
