AN ACT TO AMEND TITLE 14 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO EDUCATION AND PURPLE STAR SCHOOLS.

This bill allows schools and school districts to submit an application to the Department of Education to have a school designated as a Purple Star School.
