This amendment makes technical corrections and provides that no member of the Commission appointed by the Governor may be a current or former member of law-enforcement or affiliated with law-enforcement. It also requires that the public members appointed by the Governor be made based upon non-binding recommendations from the NAACP, Delaware Center for Justice, and any other interested non-profit organization that wishes to submit names.
