This Amendment deletes the requirement for a donor's employer and job title to be included in a political committee's financial report to the Department of Elections. This Amendment also requires a party reporting a campaign finance violation, who has knowingly accepted an unlawful contribution, to return the unlawful contribution to the donor as opposed to sending it to the State Treasurer for deposit into the General Fund.
