This amendment to House Bill No. 182 clarifies which agreements are prohibited, eliminates a provision relating to information sharing, and adds a provision clarifying that the section is not intended to prohibit enforcement of valid court-issued warrants or orders or to prohibit compliance with information sharing required under other federal law, particularly that related to the Criminal Justice Information System. It also changes the date for exercise of termination of any existing agreements to 30 days after the effective date of the Act.
