This amendment adds the Delaware Retired School Personnel Association (“DRSPA”) to the list of organizations from which the Governor may select the two appointments to the State Employee Benefits Committee. The DRSPA originated in the 1950’s and represents approximately 2,000 retirees who worked in Delaware’s public schools in various capacity
